The Eelrider was created as part of my thesis project on the world of Diluvion. As the game takes place in a larger environment where submarines are the norm and there's no 3D humans in the game, I focused mainly on the people that would inhabit this world.
To create this character I used Maya, ZBrush, XNormal, 3D-Coat, Substance Designer, Photoshop, and Marmoset.
Diver: 26k tris & 2048 albedo/normal/metallic/roughness.
Eel: 21k tris & 4096 albedo/normal/metallic/roughness/emissive.
